This website is operated by Ola Mana Ohana, LLC, doing business as Rising Star Gift Shop (“Rising Star Gift Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Rising Star Gift Shop provides this website, including the information, products, digital content, tools, services, and other features available through the site, subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, downloading digital content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products or services through the store.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services online.

Rising Star Gift Shop offers physical products, made-to-order merchandise, digital products, gift certificates, and other merchandise inspired by Hawaiʻi, astronomy, travel, celestial navigation, and our ʻohana of brands.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
- modify or discontinue products;
- limit quantities;
- restrict sales to certain geographic regions when necessary;
- correct product information or pricing errors; and
- cancel an order when a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, dimensions, specifications, and descriptions accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of device displays, manufacturing processes, print placement, and other production factors.
SECTION 3 — MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many physical products sold by Rising Star Gift Shop are made to order and produced after purchase.
Production does not generally begin until an order is placed.
Because these products are produced specifically for each order, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be limited once fulfillment has begun.
Please review all product information, including dimensions, size charts, colors, and product specifications, carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 4 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Certain products, including e-books and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, artwork, text, design, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.

SECTION 5 — GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
Gift certificates, promotional certificates, discounted experiences, or similar products may be subject to additional redemption conditions displayed on the product page, certificate, confirmation, or associated booking instructions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchase and redemption.
Availability of an experience associated with a gift certificate may depend on scheduling, reservations, weather, capacity, operating conditions, or other factors stated by the applicable provider.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that may apply to gift certificates under applicable law.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, payment, contact, and delivery information.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront or at checkout.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the product and destination.
Production and transit times vary and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Additional shipping costs may apply when a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unclaimed address.
Digital products do not require physical shipping.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because many products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges solely because of buyer’s remorse, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a change of mind, except where required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
